What is our return policy?
If you have received a damaged or defective product, you can get a replacement within 5 days of delivery at no extra cost. While damaged/wrong-color/wrong-variant or defective rugs, carpets, and runners are covered under the 5 Day Replacement, you can initiate an exchange under the 7 Day Exchange Policy if you are not satisfied with the product or the size.
Items should be returned in the original condition you had received them with all Tags intact. We ask you to provide 2 product pictures in order to place a refund or return. Please understand that we cannot accept returns in certain instances:
– Damages due to misuse of the product
– Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
– Product received without sticker or tag if any
– Product used or washed
All products sold by Rugs for You are covered by this policy.
How do I return a defective or damaged product for a new replacement?
Notify us of the damaged or defective product as soon as possible. In line with our 5 Day Replacement Guarantee, you have 5 days from the date of delivery to return the product for a replacement.
Free reverse pickup will be created by Rugsforyou, the customer will be asked to hand over the product in its original state to the courier person.
We offer free returns and refunds for any product under the price of 999. Refund will still be free for combos/group products with each product priced under 999. However, a 2% fee will be charged for any product over the price of 999. 1% or 50 (whichever is less) will be charged for any product over 3499.
